Ing. Peter Fazekaš

Peter studied economics at the University of Economics in Bratislava. He began his real estate career in 2004 as Leasing Manager for Olomouc City, overseeing the successful pre-opening
phase of the project. In 2005, he moved on to leave his mark on several major retail developments across the Czech Republic. Representing landlords, he played a key role in the preleasing of landmark shopping centers such as Palladium Prague (EPD), Forum Nová Karolina in Ostrava, Forum Liberec, and Forum Ústí nad Labem (Multi Development). He later took on the role of Head of Leasing and Asset Manager at CPI, where he was involved in
the development and leasing of flagship projects including Quadrio Prague, Olympia Teplice and Mladá Boleslav, City Park Jihlava, Galerie Fénix, IGY Centrum, and Spektrum Průhonice.
Following this, Peter transitioned into center management and asset management, leading the retail operations of Metropole Zličín. In 2018, he founded CS Property Services. One of his major successes was the re-leasing and repositioning of OC Šestka, where he filled 42 vacant units and transformed the center’s commercial performance. Since 2019, Peter has also been involved in the leasing of Stanica Nivy in Bratislava for HB Reavis,
which opened in 2021. Today, he leads leasing activities for more than 15 shopping centers and high-street retail projects across the Czech and Slovak Republics.

Aleš studied state politics but soon realized his ambition to explore life abroad. This led him to the United Kingdom, where he began working as a barista at The Botanist—one of London’s most prestigious restaurants. He quickly mastered the craft and rose to the position of bar manager. He later joined fast-growing hospitality chains Jackson & Rye and Dirty Bones, where he served as Operations Manager, overseeing the operations of approximately 15 venues and contributing to their successful expansion. During the pandemic, Aleš moved to Prague and transitioned into real estate, joining Engel & Völkers as a residential sales advisor. There, he quickly proved his capability by closing around 10 property sales within his first year. In 2023, Aleš accepted an offer from Peter to join CS Property. After an intense learning curve, he quickly established himself in the world of commercial leasing by successfully handling several challenging projects. He discovered his niche through his passion for fitness and now helps expand gym brands across Czechia. In addition to leasing, Aleš is also involved in the sale of
commercial properties and continues to work on residential sales and rentals.
