Ing. Peter Fazekaš

Peter studied economics at the University of Economics in Bratislava. Right after graduating, he started his real estate career in 2004 as a Leasing Manager of Olomouc City. After successful competition and the opening of this project, Peter in 2005 left his imprint on several significant retail developments around Czech Republic. On behalf of Landlords he did pre-leasing of malls like Palladium Prague for EPD, Forum Nova Karolina in Ostrava Forum Liberec and Forum Usti nad Labem for Multi Development. Later he accepted a new challenge as a Head of Leasing & Asset manager for CPI were he worked on the development of CPI’s flagship Quadrio Prague, Olympia Teplice and Mlada Boleslav, City Park Jihlava, Galerie Fenix, IGY and Spektrum. After this position, he pursued his passion for the retail as a Center Manager and Asset manager of Metropole Zličín. In 2018, Peter established CS Property Services and his big success was releasing of 42 vacant units in OC Šestka and complete transformation of this center. As of 2019, he participated in leasing of Stanica Nivy project for HB Reavis opened in 2021. Currently working on leasing over 15 shopping malls and prime high street retail units across Czech and Slovak republic.

MARTIN MAČEK

Martin studied finance at Commenius University in Bratislava and during studies, he worked on financial positions in IBM and SwissRe where he implemented his passion for the numbers. After the studies, he realized that thanks to his dynamic character it would great to combine numbers and personal negotiations. And thus real estate sector was the best choice. He started his real estate career in Retail Team of Cushman & Wakefield where he gained very valuable knowledge of the market under guidance of the top market experts. After that, going to the landlord side, to renowned Klepierre was a logical step which enabled him to further deepen his knowledge of the business. Now, Martin is using his deep knowledge and passion for the retail real estate at his role in CS Property where he serve several landlords and is fully focused on increasing their asset’s value by delivering the best deals possible.
