We offer leasing of retail premises in shopping malls, retail parks, high streets or residential buildings. We have extensive combined experience of 26 years in leasing and releasing of commercial real estae. We benefit from our excellent relationships with owners and retailers that we have established over the years and we can help to secure the perfect solution for landlords and retailers. As well as offering advice on the location of premises, we also assist with finding suitable tenants for landlords as well as negotiating satisfactory tenancy agreements for you to sign.

INVESTMENT

We provide investment consultation for buyers and sellers of shopping malls, retail parks and special assets in Czech and Slovak Republic. We also provide consultancy of rental relationships, renegotiation and optimization in order to maximize a property's income, maintain sustainability and ensure positive cash flow over the long-term.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

We provide property management - operation, control, maintenance, releasing and oversight of commercial real estate properties. Thanks to our previous experience with management of Metropole Zličín we have extensive knowledge of management of big commercial property with 55.000 meters of GLA. Our focus is on increasing the income of the property and thus it's valuation.

RESIDENTIAL

We cooperate with Spanish real estate company and we search a buyers for their listing in Malaga, Spain - vacation houses and apartments. Please see our active listings here:
